1 What does responsible gaming actually mean?
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming or betting as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. 108bet encourages every player to maintain full control over their time and money.
Online betting and gaming can be entertaining, but for some people it can gradually become a habit that is hard to stop. The core goal of 108bet's responsible gaming policy is to identify these situations early and connect players with the right support.
We believe an informed player always enjoys gaming responsibly. That is why 108bet offers a range of tools and features on its platform to help you play within your limits.
Remember: winning is great, but being able to walk away with a smile even after a loss — that is the heart of Responsible Gaming.
2 Your Control Tools
Once logged in to the 108bet platform, you can easily access the following tools directly from your account settings:
-
1Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits
Choose how much you want to deposit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately.
-
2Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long each session will last. When the time is up, the system will automatically remind you to take a break.
-
3Bet Limit
Set a maximum amount for each bet. This protects you from big losses in moments of impulse.
-
4Cooling-Off Period
Take a short break whenever you need one. Cool-off periods range from 1 day up to 6 weeks.
-
5Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, you can request to close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
-
6Reality Check Notifications
Your gaming summary will be shown at regular intervals so you always know where you stand.
Tightening your limits takes effect immediately, but loosening them requires a 24–72 hour waiting period. This is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
3 Recognize the Warning Signs
Gaming problems rarely appear all at once — they tend to build up gradually. If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to pay closer attention:
Chasing losses by placing more bets to recover money already lost.
Skipping sleep, meals, or work because of gaming.
Hiding gaming activity from family or friends.
Borrowing money or cutting essential expenses to place bets.
Feeling restless or irritable when not playing.
Repeatedly trying to stop but being unable to do so.
One or two of these signs alone are not cause for alarm, but they are worth taking seriously. Reach out to the 108bet support team or a professional for guidance.
Self-Assessment: Ask Yourself
Answer the following questions honestly. If more than 3 of your answers are "Yes", please seriously consider seeking help.
Do you find yourself spending more on gaming than you planned?
Do you find yourself in a bad mood after a loss and feeling the urge to play again to make up for it?
Do you prioritize gaming over spending time with work, family, or friends?
Has gaming caused conflict with family or loved ones?
Do you feel uncomfortable or anxious when asked to stop gaming?
Do you see betting as a way to solve financial problems?
This is not a medical diagnosis — it is simply an awareness check. If you have concerns, please seek professional help.
